Iridian’s single band fluorescence bandpass filter sets have been optimized for use in a variety of fluorescence instruments. All our filters are thin-film, hard-coated filters for exceptional transmission performance and durability and offer excellent value.

CFP Filter Set

• This single band filter set is tailored for use with CFP and is suitable for use with Cerulean, AmCyan1, SYTOX Blue, BOBO-1 and BO-PRO-1 fluorophores.

​

Cy3 Filter Set

• This single band filter set is tailored for use with Cy3 and is also suitable for use with DsRed, Alexa Fluor 555, Calcium Orange, LysoTracker Yellow, MitoTracker Orange, Phycoerythrin, Rhodamine Phalloidin and 5-TAMRA.

Cy5 Filter Set

• This filter set is ideal for use with Cy5.

Cy5.5 Filter Set

• This is a single-band filter set, tailored for used with Cy5.5 and other similar fluorophores such as Alexa Fluor 680, Alexa Fluor 697.

DAPI Filter Set

• This is a single band filter set, tailored for use with DAPI and other similar fluorophores such as Alexa Fluor 350, AMCA, BFP, Hoechst 33258, Hoechst 33342, Hoechst 34580, LysoSensor Blue, Marina Blue, Pacific Blue and sgBFP.

FITC Filter Set

• This is a single-band filter set, tailored for use with FITC and other similar fluorophores such as rsGFP, BODIPY, 5-5-FAM, Fluo-4 and Alexa Fluor 490.

GFP Filter Set

• This is a single-band filter set, tailored for use with Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) and other similar fluorophores such as EGFP, DiO, Cy2, YOYO-1, YO-PRO-1.

Texas Red Filter Set

• This is a single-band filter set, tailored for use with Texas Red and other similar fluorophores such as mCherry, mRFP1, 5-ROX , Alexa Fluor 565.

YFP Filter Set

• This is a single-band filter set, tailored for use with Yellow Fluorescent Protein and other similar fluorophores such as EYFP, Calcium Green-1, Eosin, Fluo-3, Rhodamine 120.
